The most beautiful winter hiking trails on the mountain as well as tipps for sun worshippers are listed in the Best of Flyer (aka "Rundenflyer") of the Mayrhofner Bergbahnen. The Panoramic Loop Trail Ahorn, for example, starts at the summit station of the Ahornbahn, leads you over the plateau of the Filzenalpe and offers stunning views of the Zillertal Central Alps on 2000 meters above sea level.
